📝 Registration Process

🔹 Student Eligibility & Enrollment

The Olympiad is open to students from Classes 6 to 12. Interested schools can register through the online registration portal. An information booklet containing full participation details and instructions will be emailed to schools across India.

🔹 Admit Cards & Roll Numbers

Admit cards, along with student roll numbers and examination guidelines, will be sent to the School Coordinator via email 15 days prior to the examination. The Indian Environmental Society will handle student registration and provide all necessary instructions for smooth coordination of the online examination.

Note: A minimum of 50 students per school is required for registration to ensure organizational feasibility.

🔹 Participation Fee

A nominal participation fee is applicable for each student. A portion of the fee is retained by the school to cover costs related to exam administration and invigilation.

🔹 Fee Structure

  • Aparticipation fee of ₹150/- per student is applicable.
  • Schools are authorized to retain ₹20/- per participant to cover expenses related to invigilation and administrative support.

🔹 Payment Mode

    Paymentscanbe made through any of the following methods:
  • Demand Draft / Cheque payable to Indian Environmental Society, Delhi
  • Online Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

🔹 Syllabus & Study Material

  • The Olympiad syllabus is based on the NCERT curriculum.
  • A preparatory textbook (optional) is available at a cost of ₹50/- per copy.
  • Study material will be made available to schools. Interested students may purchase it directly through their School GSEO Coordinator.
