  • Q1. What is GSEO

    Globe Science & Environment Olympiad is an initiative taken by the Indian Environmental Society whose goal is to promote STEM education (science, technology, engineering, and math). Globe Science & Environment Olympiad aims to promote a career in STEM and to help all students reach a higher level of achievement in “STEM education” and “STEM jobs”. It provides a great opportunity to compare educational methods and exchange experiences at international levels.

  • Q2. How does a student benefit by Participating in GSEO?

    It will provide a great opportunity to compare educational methods & experiences, to promote a career in science & environment. Disseminate knowledge & information on the latest development, and to develop their skills in science & environmental science. Students will also get the opportunity to interact with other GLOBE students from other countries.

  • Q3. Who all are eligible to participate in the GSEO?

    Students of classes VIth to XIIth are eligible for the GSEO. For more information, contact your School Coordinator. Or follow the link below.

  • Q4. I and a few of my friends are interested to take part in the GSEO but our school has not yet received any information regarding the Olympiad. What do we do?

  • Q5. What is the syllabus for the GSEO?

    The syllabus of the GSEO as per CBSE /ICSE Science & environmental Science Syllabus.

  • Q6. Are there any special books that the participants should refer to for the GSEO preparation?

    There is no special book as such. Moreover, you can have a GSEO preparatory book before the examination. The cost of the book is Rs. 50/-.
